2026 IRB Meetings

2026 WVU IRB Meeting Schedule

The agenda closes two weeks prior to the meeting date. The submission must be received by 4:45pm the day of the deadline. 

Please account for ancillary review requirements and OHRP pre-review when considering submission dates (e.g., submissions require approved data protection form; if radiation safety review is required, allow for 3-5 business days; pre-review comments must be addressed before a submission is added to an agenda, etc.).

This schedule may change due to holidays or special events, please check the schedule regularly.

Blue Board Meetings

Blue Board IRBs meet every 4th Wednesday of the month (unless a holiday alters the meeting schedule*). Agenda closes at 4:45pm on the day of the deadline. Meeting is IRB training only. No protocol submissions will be reviewed.**
