WVU+kc Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing performance issues with the WVU+kc application, clearing your browser's cache could resolve the issues you are experiencing. Please review the steps below for your browser. 
Google Chrome
  1. On the top right of the window, click More
  2. Select More tools > clear browsing data
  3. Select a time range
  4. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
  5. Click Clear Data
  1. Click the menu button in the top right corner and select Settings
  2. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data
  3. Remove the check mark next to Cookies and Site Data
  4. Be sure Cached Web Content is checked and click the Clear button
  5. Close the window and your settings will be made effective
Safari (Mac)
  1. Select Safari along the top bar
  2. Click Preferences
  3. Select Privacy among the list of menu options
  4. Click Manage Website Data
  5. Select Remove for one website or Remove All to clear data for all websites
Microsoft Edge
  1. Click the Menu icon on the top right corner of your screen
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Privacy, search, and services from the options (under Settings)
  4. Scroll to and select Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear
  5. Change the Time range to All time
  6. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
  7. Click Clear now
